ACQUISITION

Marlan Logistics, a division of Marlan Management Inc. (“Marlan”) of Richmond, B.C. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Supplier Services Limited (“SSL”) of Mississuga, ON., a subsidiary of Grant Brothers Sales Ltd. (“GBS”).

Marlan has acquired the shares of SSL and will now be responsible for all warehousing and distribution requirements serving SSL's clients.

Marlan is a full-service logistics provider specializing in public and contract warehousing, distribution management and third party logistics. Marlan operates a full service pick-pack-ship, cross-dock and ocean container de-stuffing operation. Their sufferance-bonded operations are supported by a diverse warehouse management system (WMS), utilizing web-based inventory tracking, RFID tracking and electronic invoicing.

Darrell Adams, President and owner of Marlan says, “The acquisition of SSL will provide a strong operating base in Eastern Canada to compliment Marlan's Western Canada operations.
